Admission criteria

We accept both NHS and privately funded patients. All patients must be referred by their GP or consultant psychiatrist.

We can offer treatment and care for females aged 14 and above and young men aged 14 to 17.

Every patient will be thoroughly assessed by a consultant psychiatrist and an individual treatment plan will be developed for them.

The severity of eating disorders varies widely and as specialists in the treatment of eating disorders, we are able to provide high quality care for all individual needs.

We provide inpatient care for people who need an intense level of treatment and support.

We also offer day care, enabling people to have the benefit of daily support and treatment, but remain in their own homes.

Some people with eating disorders of less severity require individual therapy sessions, tailored to their requirements.

Our team of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, family therapist and dietician can offer the whole spectrum of therapy sessions to address individual problems.
