This page describes who we treat and we also have a section on referral guidelines for commissioners and community teams. Any professional, including teachers, school nurses, who is concerned about a young person and would like specialist eating disorders guidance is very welcome to contact us. Our eating disorders help section provides many factsheets which have been developed by our clinicians and can be downloaded by all professionals.

Our Master Class series is an established and popular educational forum for eating disorders professionals, providing free training with internationally renowned leaders within their academic and clinical fields. Find out more

In our quality assurance section, there are latest inspections from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the peer review, Quality Network for Inpatient Child and Adolescent Health Services (QNIC). The outcomes section provides evaluation and follow-up data.

The Newbridge Treatment Model shows our approach to addressing all the different elements of eating disorders and the depth of resource we have to achieve full and lasting change.

The consultants at Newbridge are fully registered by the General Medical Council (GMC), annually audited, as required by the GMC, and up to date with mandatory training and they and the prescribing nurses can prescribe, within their respective competences, authorised medicines listed in the British National Formulary.
