Dr Clare Price is a consultant psychiatrist specialising in the treatment of eating disorders. Dr Price undertook her undergraduate, postgraduate and senior psychiatric training at St George's, University of London.
Training under the supervision of internationally renowned eating disorders specialist Professor Hubert Lacey at the St George's Eating Disorders Service in London, the largest unit of its kind in the UK, Dr Price gained wide-ranging expertise in the treatment of patients with complex eating disorders.
This expertise includes patient assessment, inpatient and outpatient treatment, multidisciplinary treatment approaches and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, family therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Through her work at St George's, Dr Price is experienced in the treatment of people with severe anorexia and medically unstable patients. Dr Price is a NHS consultant psychiatrist for the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.
