Schön Klinik Bad Aibling and Schön Klinik Roseneck are both two of the largest and most specialised hospitals within their own fields in the whole of Germany. Andreas led the Mental Health Practice Group for the whole of the Schön Klinik group, with a focus on measuring outcomes and ensuring good practice is recognised, shared and introduced across all services.
Since 2016 Andreas has led Schön Klinik work outside of Germany. As managing director of Newbridge House and a specialist orthopaedic hospital in London, he is ideally placed to support outcome measurement and service development and to continue to build links between services in the UK and Germany.
